Karen
As a Guest Service Expert, Karen is one of the first warm and welcoming personalities you’ll meet upon entering Fringe. She’s a movie buff and Lombard native who loves the beach, books and bike riding. In addition to sowing seeds of hospitality, Karen enjoys planting flowers, especially if it involves creating containers.
Amanda
Working as an assistant, Amanda is Fringe’s all-around go-to gal for helpful support at the front desk as a Guest Service Expert or wherever it’s needed. When she’s not being the ultimate team player at Fringe, this former hip hop dancer is choreographing life with her young family and close friends. Amanda’s downtime is likely to include going out to concerts and baseball games or staying home for barbecues and bonfires.
Raquel
A dedicated team player and Guest Service Coordinator, Raquel will start your Fringe experience with a warm welcome and end it by ensuring all your needs are met. She’s partial to pools, as long as there’s a swim-up bar, and likes her vacations long on lazy and short on agendas. Ingredients for Raquel’s happy place include cooking delicious meals, drinking velvety wines, and savoring great conversation with family and friends.
Diana
A Guest Service Expert and all-around super helper, Diana takes pride in going the extra mile to be sure you leave Fringe feeling relaxed and beautiful. Her best-in-class service mentality started with her very first job as a car hop at Dog-n-Suds. Though she retired her skates long ago, she still gets plenty of exercise playing with her grandson, Nolan
Jenna
A veteran client services pro and Guest Service Expert extraordinaire, Jenna knows how to make people happy. And what makes Jenna happy? Duets with her girl crush, Carrie Underwood; spoiling her rescue dog, Tipper; and binge watching her favorite show, Friends. Socially, she’s all about simple hang-outs with her husband and family. Add a little sushi and craft beer to the mix and Jenna is all smiles.

Meet Karli, one of the superstars of the guest services team at Fringe! She thrives on teamwork and customer service. Need a seamless guest experience? She’s got you covered. Karli is amazed by women who can successfully juggle work, life, and motherhood. Karli tackles these every day, with no sweat. In fact, she calls being a mom her biggest challenge, but we think she’s pretty much aced it. Outside of work, she loves nothing more than hanging out with friends and family.
Bree
Bree is a valued member of our Guest Services team who loves creating positive, welcoming experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. She enjoys building genuine connections throughout the day—through fun conversations, thoughtful details, and making sure guests feel completely taken care of from the moment they arrive. Bree especially loves shampoo services, where she can help guests relax, shut off their mental to-do list, and enjoy a few peaceful minutes.
What Bree loves most about working at Fringe is the team. She describes the salon as her home away from home and appreciates the family-like atmosphere that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. Creating a space where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and maybe a little spoiled is something she takes pride in—and she does it effortlessly.
Outside of the salon, Bree is a proud night owl who unwinds by baking sweet treats and keeping up with her favorite Bravo shows—because, honestly, there’s no better combination. Having lived in three different states and even another country, Bree brings a well-traveled, cultured perspective. A true summer lover, she’s happiest in the sunshine—especially if it involves the beach or being outdoors—and she brings that same bright, easygoing energy with her every day. Bree is very much a ray of sunshine at the salon, making guests feel comfortable, cared for, and a little happier just by being around her.
