Fringe desires their Guest Services Team to provide the ultimate Guest Experience. Along with that we want a candidate that enjoys adding value to a scaling small business. Part or Full time (32 hours) availability Evenings and two Saturdays per month are a must. Customer experience focused, organized and enjoys structure. Interest in the Industry and values teamwork. All the while enjoying a generous pay of $18-28/per hour. In addition, earning gift card bonuses monthly based on your performance. Quarterly Guest Services meetings are scheduled generally on Sunday’s so you must be willing to spend some of your free time to better our Guest Services team.

Qualifications include a cheerful disposition, the ability to multi-task and proactive management style. Our Guest Service team often has to diffuse stressful moments and foresee potential issues. We do have structured policies and procedures in place to ensure your success. A professional demeanor, communication and willingness to work as a team is of the utmost importance. Lastly, the willingness to learn the business prior to taking on reception responsibilities is key.
The responsibilities of our Guest Services team are to manage day to day activities at reception as well as on the salon floor. This includes phones, schedule, emails and texts with Guests and Service Providers. Greeting guests upon arrival and checking out guests at exit. All the while ensuring the Guest Experience meets Fringe Standards. You will be asked to set goals and track daily, both personal and salon goals. The management of Service Providers schedules as well as Assistant on duty is also part of the day’s work. Performing light duty salon cleaning and chores is of great importance to ensure a superior Guest Experience. We ask that you are open to furthering your skills with in-salon education and training. We require you to be willing to provide Fringe’s Signature Shampoo service and uphold Fringe’s processes, procedures and standards.
Lastly, willingness to uphold our dress code. As mentioned previously, salon cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Maintaining your workspace is clean and pristine. Assisting the Service providers by sweeping their hair and supporting them in maintaining a tidy environment. Help to maintain clean laundry and completing assigned responsibilities while performing your duties are all expectations we have for you.
